RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY


The Seakeeper Online Store wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Should you wish to return or exchange your merchandise, please e-mail store@seakeeper.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Refunds or exchanges will be made on products purchased within 14 days of receipt. Credit will be applied back to your original method of payment. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

All items returned or exchanged must be in their original, unworn condition. The original tag(s) must remain attached in order to return your item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that have been washed, worn and/or are damaged.

For your protection, we recommend that you use FedEx, UPS or Insured Parcel Post for return shipment. We will not be responsible for any damages or lost items during their return.

You may exchange or return products purchased from our website within 14 days of receipt. Please include your RMA number on your packing slip and the reason for exchange/return with your merchandise.

Please indicate what item(s) you would like in exchange for the item(s) you are returning, if any. Additional shipping will be charged unless the original product is defective or a mistake was made by us in your shipping. All orders from outside the United States are subject to normal import duty, taxes and customs clearance charges in the destination country. International shipping duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility.
